In 2006 we started the training of junior workers. We understand this measure as our entrepreneurial obligation – and as an opportunity to build up resources in a responsible and economically sensible way. Whenever we can, we take part in meetings, forums and congresses on refractory engineering. By seminars and workshops inhouse and external we keep our employees always up to date. Besides, we present ourselves at international fair-trades like Thermprocess, for example. We use these events in the refractory line of business to keep in contact with clients, partners and suppliers. At the same time these events constitute an excellent platform for exchanging information and informing ourselves and others about the latest developments in the refractory business.
