Description

Anchors are arranged alternately to prevent or minimise crack formation in the refractory concrete lining. In the case of anchor systems that are not completely flexible, the result of this is that the desired flexibility in the lining, for example in a wall, is not provided.

With the TWP / TWQ Series vhi provides an anchoring system that combines a range of advantages:

-   The anchors in the system are pushed into lugs that are all arranged in the same direction. This makes it easier to replace anchors in subsequent repairs.

-   The anchors in the lugs can follow one direction, for example the vertical elongation of a wall, which therefore minimises the formation of stress.

The anchors themselves with their extended arms are offset by 90°, thereby forming a crisscross pattern in the refractory concrete with an even load transmission in the lining. Anchors in the TWP / TWQ Series are supplied in the diameters 8 mm and 10 mm as standard.
